Fostering Healthy Relationships
Relationships are based on some commonly accepted values (e.g., respect, honesty, equity, consideration, commitment) and healthy relationships result in mental-emotional, social, and physical benefits.
In this coaching module Coachees will learn how to:
- Examine the characteristics and benefits of healthy and unhealthy relationships
- Effective communication, including mode and style of communication in a relationship
- The mental/emotional, social, and physical benefits of healthy relationships
- The controllable and uncontrollable factors affecting the dynamics of relationships
- Selecting the right friends to form a relationship
