Fostering Healthy Relationships

Relationships are based on some commonly accepted values (e.g., respect, honesty, equity, consideration, commitment) and healthy relationships result in mental-emotional, social, and physical benefits.

In this coaching module Coachees will learn how to:

  • Examine the characteristics and benefits of healthy and unhealthy relationships
  • Effective communication, including mode and style of communication in a relationship
  • The mental/emotional, social, and physical benefits of healthy relationships
  • The controllable and uncontrollable factors affecting the dynamics of relationships
  • Selecting the right friends to form a relationship
